La guida, Javier, ha mostrato, sin dall’inizio del tour, zero empatia e nessun entusiasmo, elementi che non hanno favorito la costruzione di un clima amichevole nel gruppo. Disarmante, inoltre, è stata la sua esposizione di momenti storici, drammatici e dolorosi, della città. Non trattandosi di un tour storico avrebbe potuto evitare, non avendo le conoscenze e le competenze necessarie. Per il resto, discreta la qualità dei locali e della birra.

The guide, Javier, has shown, since the beginning of the tour, zero empathy and no enthusiasm, elements that have not favored the construction of a friendly atmosphere in the group. Furthermore, his exhibition of historical, dramatic and painful moments of the city was disarming. Not being a historical tour, he could have avoided, not having the necessary knowledge and skills. Very nice tour with one of the best guide Javier. He is really friendly, funny and he knows how to explain everything about the beer even with simple words. 3 beer tastings in 3 different breweries.. Super experience! I really recommend it.
