Berlin Evening Boat Cruise
Berlin Evening Boat Cruise
Discover Berlin’s emblematic landmarks lit up from the water on a night river cruise along the city’s main waterway.
Setting sail from the quay near Friedrichstraße, the evening boat cruise will take us along the Spree River. From the boat's observation decks you'll gaze at the German capital’s most famous buildings, including the Reichstag building, the impressive Bellevue Palace, which is the official residence of the President of Germany, and the colourful Berlin Cathedral.
We'll also travel along a short stretch of the Landwehr Canal that connects the Spree River with Charlottenburg and gaze at the stunning Charlottenburg Palace.
While you relax during the boat trip, you'll have an audio guide in English that'll explain some fascinating anecdotes and fun facts about the monuments that you'll be able to see from the boat.
After an enjoyable cruise, the route finishes at Pier Friedrichstraße 2 hours 30 minutes after setting off.
Illumination of monuments
Although this boat trip takes place in the evening, it isn't always possible to see the monuments of Berlin illuminated: it depends on the time of year in which you take the tour. In the German capital it usually gets dark early between the end of October and the beginning of April. During the rest of the year the city has more hours of daylight.
