A very moving tour with a great guide, Tina. She struck the right balance between information and emotion throughout. The Sachsenhausen memorial is a must visit when in Berlin.

Our tour guide Gregor was excellent. He planned our journey really well and made sure our group had everything we needed. In the camp itself, he was able to give us detailed insight into the experience of those affected by the regime. He was very engaging, very friendly and really provided an excellent service.

We found our visit to be very informative and well planned. Our guide, Rafa, was engaging and friendly, who worked hard to put my students at ease. The only issue we had was we were unaware we would have to purchase train tickets additionally, the website should mention that. We will definitely use the company again though.

Georgia was an amazing guide. She was obviously very knowledgeable but without making it seem like she memorized it all. She encouraged questions and thinking, and the whole tour was made in a respectful tone. She was eager to help and throughout the tour kept making sure we knew what was coming and that we had the option to skip certain parts if they were too much, which was very appreciated. The tour was amazing. You can visit the camp alone but a tour will help you understand everything so much better. Our tour guide, Sam, was very clear in his explanations, he knew so much! And at the end he gave everyone tips to the rest of the journey. Money well spend!

Amilee was a terrific tour guide who comprehensively described a horrific history in a way that was deeply humanizing and sympathetic to the victims. Without being overtly preachy, she clearly conveyed the importance of never forgetting to assure we never allow such evil to be repeated.

Just back from the Sachsenhausen tour with our guide George. He was amazing, so knowledgable. He really painted a vivid picture and set the entire scene for us on was was such a thought provoking and humbling tour. We would highly recommend this trip.

The tour was very good. It was not clear we would be taking a train to get to the camp and I had to buy a train ticket the morning of. The guide was very helpful and nice just wish I knew about the public transport beforehand so I could get there earlier

Ernestina our Tour guide was excellent. She explained the events at the camp with empathy and respect. Ernestina was very knowledgeable about this very infamous era and this showed when we asked questions. We found it very informative but also very emotionally draining. It is a tour that we all should do, as knowing the history betters the chance of not repeating it.

We had the Canadian Chris as our tour guide! He was so knowledgeable and told us facts about information he has researched himself and added his knowledge of biology too. My boyfriend & I were so interested in the tour of the concentration camp, the weather made it more ‘real’ of what it would have been like. Chris kept making sure we were all following him correctly and made sure he said goodbye before leaving! 100% would recommend to my friends and family who want the tour.

My partner & I joined the English speaking tour with Martin. I cannot remember his last name, but he had an impressive beard. He was excellent, his knowledge was overwhelming & his passion for the job was so great to see & hear. Would highly recommend using this company, & if you can get Martin. Creo que debería por lo menos mencionar que por el lado comunista existieron los gulags y que fueron primero incluso. Mucha gente se va con la idea que lo de exterminar humanos solo lo hicieron los nazis y la idea empezó con el comunismo. Es solo un consejo.

I have been on a range of tours in many countries but without doubt Rob Shaw’s tour was absolutely fantastic. His obvious passion and knowledge of the history and insight into the nazi regime is insightful and his explanations and rationale of the events are both thoughtful and challenging. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Berlin if Rob is your guide...11/10!

A really well-informed guide gave us a very poignant and "neutral" view of the history of the place including the history preceding it. Great day out. Would be even better if there were more buses between the last train stop and the camp but don't let that put you off. It's well worth the crowded trip back to the train and it's only for 10 minutes.

Baby seat was completely loose, thus being a safety hazard, driving very fast, honking at all the cars that approached him, the man was very nervous, we almost had an accident, horrible and very dangerous with two small girls Opinion translated. Show original.

Stephen is an excellent tour guide; he knows history and is very respectful and objective in telling it. I think the tour needed more time; we were rushed at times. In fairness, he told us that we could stay afterwards but we were exhausted. Overall, a very important visit to make one reflect on a grave historical injustice and, for us Palestinians, to understand why Israel, as a product of the Holocaust, is such a fascist state. Oppression breads oppression.
