Terrible. The boat never turned up at the displayed time. Actually it never turned up at all. I had to buy new tickets from an alternative provider and incurred a financial loss as a result.

We have checked that the times and places for the start of this activity had been updated and we had not been informed of this, so the information on our website was wrong. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. The corresponding refund has been processed.

No merece la pena reservar por aquí. No respetan para nada tu reserva. Llegamos con bastante tiempo de antelación y no nos dejaron subir. Tuvimos que esperar casi una hora para subir al siguiente barco. La excursión fue en alemán por lo que no nos enteramos de nada. El trato que nos dieron fue bastante desagradable cuando intenté explicarles que tenía la reserva hecha para una hora en concreto y que esperar a otro barco me estropeaba los siguientes planes.

It's not worth booking here. They do not respect your reservation at all. We arrived with enough time in advance and they did not let us go up. We had to wait almost an hour to get on the next boat. The tour was in German so we didn't hear anything. The treatment they gave us was quite unpleasant when I tried to explain to them that I had the reservation made for a specific time and that waiting for another boat spoiled my next plans.

I had booked 2 tickets for a one hour boat trip for Thursday, October 28th. I found the supplier on the Web and Civitatis .com sent me a confirmation. It said we could embark at Nikolaïviertel. It is a LIE! There are no boats stopping there. There is just a big sign which tells people at what time they can take a boat. irreführende Werbung! Although advertized there, there are NO boats stopping at Nikolaïviertel. Time wasted & stress. Later on the boat in was NOT in French. BAD.

Sentimos mucho las molestias causadas. Esta actividad no está operando actualmente, pero se está haciendo todo lo posible por recuperar el servicio de cara a 2022. Lamentamos no haberte informado de la situación con anterioridad. Se ha realizado el reembolso correspondiente.

No hubo ni auriculares ni traduccion al ingles ni castellano por los altavoces donde explicaban los sitios por los que pasaba el barco.

Sentimos que no pudieras disfrutar de esta actividad como estaba previsto. El proveedor no incluía la audioguía en el precio, pero no nos había informado de ello. Se ha tramitado la compensación oportuna y se harán las modificaciones necesarias en la actividad para que no se vuelva a repetir.

1. El embarcadero al que nos dirigimos estaba cerrado. Nos costó media hora llegar al otro. 2. Los horarios no coincidían ni de lejos con los publicados. Tuvimos que esperar 1 hora. 3. No nos proporcionaron ni cascos ni audioguias. 4. Los comentarios no fueron en español, NI TAN SIQUIERA EN INGLES. Sólo en alemán. O SEA, PERDIMOS MAS DE MEDIO DIA PARA NADA porque no nos enteramos de nada y encima tuvimos que pagar. Un verdadero TIMO y una MENTIRA detrás de otra en las condiciones del bono.

Sentimos que la experiencia no se desarrollara como estaba previsto. Se ha informado a los responsables pertinentes y se tomarán las medidas oportunas para que esta incidencia no se vuelva a repetir. Se ha realizado una compensación por las molestias causadas.
