Nous nous attendions à avoir un minimum d'informations en Français . Rien. Les informations données en Anglais étaient peu compréhensives, car couvertes par les voix des participants. Le personnel de bord était très sympathique, le repas moyen.

Non è una visita alla città lungo fiume. Il vociare delle comitive non permette di sentire la guida comunque registrata in tedesco e inglese. Perché non mettere audio guide con cuffie in più lingue? Non è un percorso illuminato e non si vede niente. La cena mediocre (ma non ci aspettavamo che fosse diversa). Non la consiglierei. Molto meglio le visite guidate pomeridiane

Nadie nos esperaba en el puente, no encontrábamos el punto de encuentro y ha sido un poco agobiante. La locución era en alemán e inglés, así es que no nos hemos enterado, pero lo peor ha sido el trato de las camareras, mi hijo quería una bebida sin gas y se la han puesto con gas y luego nos decían que la bebida estaba bien y que ya la habíamos abierto, pero además es que no nos hacían ni caso, he tenido que ir a buscarla y ni me miraban. Además la vuelta por lo que parecían polígonos muy fea.

Nobody was waiting for us on the bridge, we couldn't find the meeting point and it was a bit overwhelming. Aunque llegamos de los primeros y había varias mesas de 2 personas libres, no nos dejaron elegir mesa. Almenos nos podrían haber explicado el motivo, pero creo que no les interesaba ( dependiendo de que plataforma lo reservas creo). Encima han puesto en una mesa de 4 personas a dos parejas juntas por falta de sitio.Poca profesionalidad y mala planificación.
