Épouvantable, on nous avait dit de la faire avant 14 h à cause du Marathon , nous sommes dons arrivés à 9h 30 et à 10 h le bus a commencé à changé d’itinéraire, ce qu’il aurait dû prévoir depuis longtemps, et prendre un tunnel puis faire à demi-Tours , 30 minutes bloques sous ce tunnel, puis il nous a largués dans un quartier inconnu sans se soucier de ce qu’on allait devenir… Nous demandons le remboursement de cette excursion, en vous remerciant de le faire .

La ruta en si estuvo bien, pero la traducción bastante floja, sin gracia y muy tonta la conversación entre los 2 locutores. Las paradas solo lo dicen en alemán, sabiendo que es autobús turístico podían decirlo en varios idiomas .

Si bien tocaban los puntos hacian recorridos distintos pero no fue ese el problema...a las 17 50 nos dejo en una d las paradas x q el turno terminaba a las 18 y no habian mas coches nos dejaron a todos tirados alli y retorna como puedas..una verguenza..llega la hora y donde estan t dejan...

La información sobre paradas es confusa. No sabemos a qué hora va a aparecer el bus, hemos estado 35 minutos esperando en una parada. Las paradas tampoco son visibles, 2 horas el primer día buscando dónde esperar... Hemos escrito a la compañía, tardaron 4 horas en respondernos al problema de dónde esperar, y la respuesta tampoco fue clara. De hecho, profesionales de otra compañía de bus turístico fueeon quienes nos ayudaron.

Information about stops is confusing. We don't know what time the bus is going to appear, we have been waiting at a stop for 35 minutes. The stops are not visible either, 2 hours the first day looking for where to wait... We have written to the company, it took them 4 hours to respond to the problem of where to wait, and the response was not clear either. In fact, professionals from another tourist bus company were the ones who helped us.

Las paradas no son fáciles de encontrar. Los audios no funcionan bien. Podrian tener mas autobuses pues la espera se hizo un poco larga y con el frio no sabes donde meterte…

El peor city tour que he tomado!!! Pasan cada media hora, no 15 minutos como dicen. Además el chofer se salió del recorrido después de la parada 11 paseo media hora por todos los alrededores lleno de obras en construcción y a las 18:20 nos dejó en la East Side Gallery, terminando el recorrido antes de tiempo sin ninguna explicación. Siendo esa una de las paradas más inaccesibles para el transporte público. Tuvimos que tomar un taxi para volver al hotel. PÉSIMO SERVICIO

The worst city tour I have ever taken!!! They happen every half hour, not 15 minutes as they say. Furthermore, the driver left the tour after stop 11 for a half-hour walk around the area full of construction sites and at 6:20 p.m. he dropped us off at the East Side Gallery, ending the tour early without any explanation. Si cumple con mostrar varios lugares de interes, tiene buena cobertura de zonas turisticas. Los puntos malos, no hay buena señalizacion de las paradas. Los choferes se suelen tomar pausas de mas de 15 minutos en cualquier momento y eso hace que todo el circuito se retrase.
