El tour quizás no es espectacular, lo que es espectacular es la gente. Llegamos tarde por la lluvia, y nos ubicaron en el próximo barco. Nos trataron excelente. El tour cuenta con audioguia en español, donde te transmiten los puntos importantes del recorrido. Nos tocó lluvia, pero igual lo disfrutamos mucho.

Llegué media hora antes para que no me pase como con la otra actividad que hice en londres que salió antes y no me esperaron. El barco estaba bien. Se podía pedir bebidas a bordo con costo adicional razonable. El audio falló un par de veces y me lo cambiaron. La gente del barco muy amable , no así la mala onda que atiende el check-in desk

I arrived half an hour early so I wouldn't have to go through the same thing as the other activity I did in London, which left early and they didn't wait for me. The boat was fine. Drinks could be ordered on board for a reasonable additional charge. The audio system failed a couple of times, and they switched it for me. The boat crew was very friendly, but the rude staff at the check-in desk weren't.

Pues el viaje en barco noempezo bién. Estubimos haciendo la cola unos 20 minutos y cuando ya abrieron y nos tocaba entrar se habia de cangear en la garita la reserva del mail por un tíquet, que no explicaba en ningun sitio, ni en la reserva ni en la garita de la empresa, resultado entramos de los ultimos yno sirvió de nada llegar antes yhacer la cola. A parte la persona de la empresa que dejaba pasar nos hablo bastante mal y en aleman cuando nosotros lohicimos en ingles; resulta que si sabia

Well, the boat trip didn't start well. We stood in line for about 20 minutes, and when it opened and it was our turn to enter, we had to exchange our email reservation for a ticket at the checkpoint. This wasn't explained anywhere, neither in the reservation nor at the company's checkpoint. As a result, we were among the last to enter, and arriving early and queuing was pointless. El personal de la compañía no era nada agradable, nadie nos informó de la audio guía al entrar, cuando preguntamos nos dijeron que bajaramos a buscarla, uno de los aparatos no iba, y para colmo te insistían en consumir algo en el barco. El audio no iba al tiempo de lo que vimos. No aconsejaría la compañía que ofrecéis.

The company's staff was not at all friendly. No one told us about the audio guide when we entered. When we asked, they told us to go downstairs and get it; one of the devices wasn't working. To top it all off, they insisted we consume something on the boat. The audio didn't match the time we saw. I wouldn't recommend the company you offer.

Un des audio guide fourni ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons demandé pour le changer. La personne qui faisait le service nous a dit qu’elle revenait plus tard pour s’en occuper mais trip occuper à faire du benef avec le bar, cette personne n’est jamais venu pour changer l’audio guide de mon fils. Résultat : une visite sans commentaire en Français.
