The driver showed always a great attitude, always focused to offer a great customer service. The unit was clean and in good conditions. We'll definitely use this service again and recommend it to all my traveler friends.

The driver had no money for arranging the payment and he was no giving back the extra money. The bill was 38 and he had no change and was not giving options. This is a good way of ensuring 2 euros tip. But in my opinion is a trick to get extra money. I will never recomend this service to any related traveler and i will post my opinion in trip advisor as soon as i arrive at home. It was a real unprofessional and shameful attitude from the driver.

¡Gracias por tus comentarios! Dado que el precio que hay que pagar se conoce en el momento de realizar la reserva, recomendamos llevarlo justo en la medida de lo posible ya que aunque los conductores procuran llevar cambio, a ciertas horas es más complicado tenerlo.

El conductor fue muy amable. Nos dejó justo en la puerta del mostrador de Iberia y nos indicó dónde teníamos que pasar el control. Además hablaba español! Súper recomendable!!
